1.2 The App is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age.

2.1 To use the App, you must log in via your Facebook account and grant the permissions listed in our Privacy Policy.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Facebook login credentials and any access tokens provided to the App.

2.3 You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or data.

3.1 The App is provided as a paid subscription service with an optional free trial period.

3.2 At the end of the free trial, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3.3 Refunds and Chargebacks: All subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to attempt to resolve the issue.

3.4 We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with prior notice provided to active subscribers.

4.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content.

5.1 You are solely responsible for all content you schedule, upload, publish, or manage through the App.

5.2 You represent and warrant that all content you manage through the App complies with applicable laws, Facebook's terms and policies, and does not infringe on any third party's rights.

5.3 We disclaim all liability for content posted or scheduled by Users.

7.1 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

7.2 The App relies on Facebook's API and other third-party services, which may change, fail, or become unavailable without notice. We are not responsible for downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet issues, or other factors outside our control.

8.1 Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 You have the right to request full deletion of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its software, design, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to the Company.

9.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

10.1 The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2 We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13.1 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in the State of Nevada under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13.2 The arbitration award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

15.2 Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
